A nation has many common characteristics/ attributes including: Common ORIGIN/ SOURCE/ ROOT, "1000s"-year history, language, culture, traditions, the religion of a majority, and also GENETIC characteristics.
The first mentioned have absolutely nothing of it and never can have.
